The following documents are available for current residents and future residents, including their Guarantors, as a support for the Fall 2016 school year!  Please note that all residents at The Regency & Villas complete this standard Lease Contract & Guarantor Form!

Early Move-ins are taken as a first come, first serve basis.  Consideration is taken only if you have a fully completed Fall 2015 Lease Contract on file at The Regency & Villas!  Make sure you get your application fee, security deposit and all lease contract paperwork completed ASAP to be considered!  We will contact you if you qualify for an early move in!

SETTING UP YOUR ONLINE PORTAL

If you have not already set up your Rent Café Online Portal now is the time! When you get it all set up you will be able to make payments, see past payments, and also submit maintenance requests.

  1. Go to the Regency main website www.regencystudenthousing.com
  2. Under the “for resident” tab click on “resident login” (make sure you choose villas or regency)
  3. Click the “New Residents” link and do a one-time set up. (In the future you will be able to log in on this page without set up)
  4. When setting up your account you will need the email that on file for you and your registration code.
  5. You will then receive a confirmation to the email address listed and you can login!]

Can I have more than one login since someone else pays or helps pay my rent?

My email address is wrong, what do I do?

Email our leasing office team listed on the website here and they can change it in the system. It will take about 24 hours to process the request so please be patient.

It says I already have one, I cannot register, how do I get access?

-If you have lived with us in the past in a different space you will need to email management here to get your old account deleted.

-If you have an account and forgot your password please also email management to look this up or reset your password.

I am locked out of my account! What should I do?

For your security after too many attempts to login our system will lock your account. Please email us here to unlock your account and we can verify you.
