The Atrium is The Regency’s all-you-can-eat dining hall. From chicken sandwiches, hamburgers, and grilled cheese sandwiches off the grill to handmade pizzas cooked up in the pizza oven, The Atrium is a great place to meet friends, relax, and refuel. Grab a hot or cold sandwich made fresh to your specifications at the deli station, or enjoy a tasty, made-to-order medley from the pasta station. Whichever you prefer, you’ll always find delicious, well-balanced meals.
Breakfast: 7–9 a.m.
Lunch: 11 a.m.–2 p.m.
Dinner: 5–8 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday
Brunch: 11 a.m.–2 p.m.
Dinner: 4–7 p.m.
The Rail is The Regency’s convenience store that offers a choice of snacks, beverages, and toiletries. During the fall and spring semesters from Monday through Friday, you can also purchase a sack lunch.

All Regency residents are required to choose from a variety of all-you-can-eat meal plans.
Meal plans are available during the fall and spring semesters only and include:

- $1,895/Semester — 300 Meals/Semester + $200 Declining Balance — BEST VALUE (does not include sales tax)
- $1,850/Semester — 250 Meals/Semester + $200 Declining Balance (does not include sales tax)
- $1,695/Semester — 160 Meals/Semester + $200 Declining Balance (does not include sales tax)
- $1,435/Semester — 120 Meals/Semester + $150 Declining Balance (does not include sales tax)
- $1,230/Semester — 100 Meals/Semester + $100 Declining Balance (does not include sales tax)
- $1,080/Semester — 80 Meals/Semester + $50 Declining Balance (does not include sales tax)
- Villas Residents Only — $175 Declining Balance/Year (does not include sales tax). You can select a larger plan if you would like!
Please note: Rules and regulations changed in 2018, so Sodexo’s meal plan semester prices no longer include sales tax. A state sales tax will be added to your meal plan at checkout.
Prices are per semester, other than the Villas meal plan, and all meal plan payments are non-refundable. Any meals that are unused will not be refunded or transferred to another semester or individual. Meal plans that include a declining balance can be used at The Rail and on campus at select locations. This is not available until the meal plan is activated at the beginning of each semester.
The Atrium is closed during Auraria Campus’ winter and summer breaks. Meal plans are based on the number of meals served and residents have the flexibility to use the meals as they want during the semester.
Many hot/cold items are available to purchase from The Rail during all breaks when The Atrium is closed. A declining balance can also be added at any time to the resident’s account at the Sodexo website; please make out checks to Sodexo directly.
